We have a small update that should make our programs easier to follow and a little more fun to talk about.
Adventure Seekers is heading back to its roots. The name will once again belong to the group that packs a bag, grabs a passport, and heads out for in-person trips.
All of our social programming has grown fast, both in person and on Zoom. To bring everything together, we are launching the WSA Social Club. This is now the home for every hangout, every activity, and every Adventure Seekers trip.
Think of it as one big place to meet friends, try something new, and join in whenever you like.
If you have questions, we are here to help.
Our WSA Social Club Zoom gatherings are for those 18 and older with Williams syndrome.
Parents/caregivers and siblings also make great volunteers to "host" a room on the calls along with WSA staff. We meet monthly to learn, build skills, play games, discuss music and movies, share experiences, and laugh. They have gotten to know friends around the country and flourish in a stable virtual community.
