The Williams Syndrome Association is organized into 19 regions across the United States. New Jersey is split into two regions. The northeastern portion of New Jersey is part of the NYC Metro region, and the rest of the state is part of the Tri-State region. Each region works to provide resource information and social and educational opportunities to its members. Volunteers are standing by in each state within the regions (parents and grandparents who can provide resources and information) to speak with new families or any families needing support. They are joined by many other volunteers who work hard to facilitate gatherings such as picnics, conferences, and fundraisers.

Ellen Hoch is currently at KKR, a global alternative investment firm, focused on talent acquisition. Prior to joining KKR, Ellen was a partner at a retained executive search boutique, where she spent 16 years recruiting talent in financial services for leading private equity, hedge fund, and investment bank brands. Previously, she was an equity research analyst at Citigroup and a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ellen and her husband Andrew met while in college at the University of Michigan. They live in Westfield, NJ, with their 3 children Morgan, Ryan (WS), and Spencer.

Storyline: When an 11 year old (ELLIE) learns her best friend doesn't want her disabled sister (ADDIE) at her Bat Mitzvah, she must choose between fitting in and doing what's right.
