Shawn David Tierney 5/10/85–10/14/22
(Please feel free to leave a memory or photo in the comments below)
Shawn was born with the brightest light that everyone could see . He was a giver of love, laughter, and anything that you would ever want to know about the Seattle Mariners! He was born with Williams Syndrome. This brought him great challenges throughout his life but made him so loving, smart and hilariously funny! He loved to talk with just about everyone, sharing his love of baseball, music, Special Olympics, his favorite movies and when his next party was going to be! He loved spending time with his friends and spending wonderful time at Camp Horizon. Shawn lived independently from his parents with the assistance of his much loved caregivers . He graduated high school from the Lynden Community Transition Program in 2006 at the age of 21. Shawn volunteered at the Geneva fire station for 6 years and was employed at the 7-11 on Lakeway Dr. as a Customer Greeter. He loved going to work! Heaven is brighter now because they have Shawns' great light of LOVE!
