On behalf of the Williams Syndrome Association, we would like to thank those who have exhibited at previous WSA conventions – we value your support to our members. If you are new to the WSA, we hope you will find our convention to be a valuable resource.

The Williams Syndrome Association is the most comprehensive resource for people and families living with WS as well as doctors, researchers and educators. The WSA provides the resources and referrals that families need, and a strong and supportive community with which to connect throughout their child's life. Our national convention is the largest and most influential gathering on Williams syndrome and related topics – attracting 1,200 to 1,500 people biennially.

We invite you to join the family members, physicians, educators, and other specialists from across the country and abroad, who will come together in Buffalo, New York to learn all they can about Williams syndrome, and how we can all work together to create promising futures for individuals with WS.

Please mark your calendar for July 8 - 11, 2026, and plan to join us at the Buffalo Convention Center in downtown Buffalo, NY. This convention is the perfect place to publicize your books, software, classroom aids, educational opportunities, products, or services. Since our attendees are primarily parents and educators of individuals with WS, hands-on practical tools and excellent educational and assisted living opportunities are of particular interest.

Exhibit Details: Exhibitors will be provided with a draped 6 ft. table and 2 chairs. Exhibit fees include the table space for 4 days and 2 registration badges, which allow you to attend conference sessions when not exhibiting. Exhibitors may also elect to have flyers inserted into registration packets for an additional charge.

Advertising Opportunities: Advertise your product to hundreds of families of children with Williams syndrome plus many specialists through our mobile convention app and live at the convention.

GENERAL EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

The below information identifies information applicable to all exhibitors regardless of their level of participation. Each exhibitor opportunity will include: 

  • One (1) draped 6 ft. table and two (2) chairs
  • Two (2) complimentary badges which allow participation in sessions when not exhibiting
  • Display of your company logo in our mobile convention app for hundreds of attendees to view
  • Exhibit installation area will be available for set up on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 beginning at 8:00 a.m.
  • All exhibits will be open at 11:30 a.m. starting Wednesday, July 8, 2026
  • Each exhibitor agrees not to dismantle their booth (or do any packing before the final closing hour) without notifying the WSA. Closing times may vary pending on overall convention activities.
  • All exhibitors are invited to participate in our Exhibitor Night on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 where families will have an opportunity to explore the amazing products and services on display.

EXHIBITOR HOURS:

  • Wednesday, July 8, 2026: 11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Exhibitor Night)
  • Thursday, July 9, 2026: 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday, July 10, 2026: 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, July 11, 2024: 9:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

PRICING:

  • $500 - Staffed table for four (4) days: Wednesday, July 8 - Saturday July 11 
  • $250 per day for staffed table ($300 for Wednesday, which includes Exhibitor Night)
  • $250 - Family member of an individual with WS
  • $0 - Individual with WS with a business
  • $0 - WSA Clinical Consortium sites
  • Optional items:
    • $150  Power access at staffed table (amount charged by venue - increases for watts, extension, tax)
    • $100/per vendor - dedicated premium WIFI at staffed table (ordered through the venue) - complimentary WIFI available throughout convention center
    • $50 - Your company flyer with table # to be inserted into all registration bags (flyers to be printed & sent to Convention Center by exhibitors)
