Families Like Ours: Navigating Sustainable, Loving Futures

Families Like Ours is a 6-week virtual cohort for families with Williams syndrome who are ready to move beyond pressure, uncertainty, and the feeling of having to “doing it all.”

Session 2: The Family Energy Audit —Participants examine where they feel overextended— personally, professionally, and emotionally. They will distinguish between caregiving responsibilities, crisis-driven roles, and the relationships and activities they want to preserve or strengthen.

Outcome: Participants clarify what is draining their energy, what matters most, and where responsibilities can be adjusted or shared.
