• Fundraisers must create a team and register online for the Walk Fundraiser of their choice. If you don't see one in your area, consider becoming a Walk Chair or join our Any Time, Any Where Walk!
  • Fundraising team must raise a minimum of $150 per individual email address.
  • T-shirt orders are placed twice a week. Shirts may take 10-14 days to arrive so start fundraising early.

 

How quickly will t-shirts ship? T-shirts are ordered by WSA Staff twice a week. T-shirts can take 10-14 days to arrive depending on the timing of the order. Shipments can be sent to a PO Box. Tracking information is unavailable from the vendor.

If a fundraiser has issues with the delivery of their t-shirt, or issues with the item who should they contact? Participants that have issues with a t-shirt can reach Bethany Walton at bwalton@williams-syndrome.org.

Will fundraising efforts be considered from both online and offline? Online and offline confirmed income will be included.

What if a participant purchases Walk tickets but doesn’t create a team during registration? Participants can create a team by clicking on the “Make a Team” link at the top of their chosen Walk page. Or a participant can email Denise Callen at dcallen@williams-syndrome.org for assistance. Once the Team transactions have been updated, the redemption email will be sent within a week.

If any participants are registered for multiple Walks, will they receive a t-shirt for each event? No, for any participants registered for multiple events, they will receive only one 2024 t-shirt.

Will Awareness t-shirts be available at the Walks? Extra t-shirts will not be available at Walks. It is important to create your team and get tickets before the cut-off for your chosen Walk to ensure your shirt will arrive on time.

Can I receive a t-shirt after the event date has passed? Yes – even if you create a team and/or hit your fundraising goal at your event, you’ll still receive your shirt in 10-14 days after you hit your $150 mark. Shirts cannot be redeemed after 12/2/2024.

Are there personalization options for shirts? T–shirts will not offer a personalized option or a sponsor printing on the back of the t-shirts this year. We are hoping to be able to offer this in the future!

Will we offer team captain t-shirts? The Williams Syndrome Association continues to remain focused on being the best steward of donor dollars. Because of this, we are not able to offer Team Captain t-shirts. Each event is encouraged to find creative ways to recognize team captains.

Will all shirts be the same color? Yes, all 2024 Awareness T-shirts are black.

Will additional Awareness T-shirts be available for purchase? Yes! You can purchase additional 2024 Awareness T-shirts and swag at shopwsa.printify.me from newborn-sized onesies up to adult 3XL.

Is there a deadline for using the redemption code to obtain a t-shirt? T-shirts must be ordered by 12/2/24.
